 Does my venue qualify for an ATM?
OmniCash provides different programs and all venues are visited by a member of the OmniCash team to review the venue location and to discuss the right program for the location, ensuring the best way forward.


 Will I receive training?
Once the ATM is installed we will train you, and if necessary other members of staff, on how to operate and maintain the ATM.


 How does it work?
When a user inserts their card , the ATM dials out into LINK via a telephone line. Using the information stored on the chip of the user's card, LINK routes the necessary transaction information to the cardholder's bank. If the transaction is approved, the ATM will dispense the cash.


 If I choose a merchant fill program how do I get my money back?
The monies that you load into the cassettes will enable the ATM to dispense the cash your customer has requested. At the end of the day you can complete a day close on the ATM (similar to a day total on your till) and the funds will be transferred back into your designated bank account, normally 3 working days after the day close has been completed.
