The effect of the purchase will be uninterrupted continuity for your OmniCash contract and for all operational matters. There will be no disruption to the performance of any ATM or any interruption to payments. All your current contacts will remain the same.

The combined value of Cashzone and OmniCash makes the joined business one of the strongest in the IAD market with a share of 22% of all IAD transactions. We now have circa 30% of all ATMs in the convenience retail sector with around 5,700 machines across the UK.
